Follow Friday (17)

Follow Friday is hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read

Here is this week's question:

If you had to spend eternity inside the pages of a book which book would you choose and why?

Ohhhhhhhhhh, that's tough! Some of my favorite books are set in a world I would NOT want to live it! Can't choose a dystopian........the whole premise is that the future world sucks. Nothing with zombies, and I think that one's pretty self explanatory.

I like the idea of the Otherworld in Richelle Mead's Dark Swan series, but only if I could be someone other than Eugenie (sheesh her life is rough!). I would like to be able to go back and forth between the gentry world and the human world, and have gentry powers.

Storm Born (Dark Swan, #1) Thorn Queen (Dark Swan, #2) Iron Crowned (Dark Swan, #3) Shadow Heir (Dark Swan, #4)

I also like the world in Chloe Neill's Chicagoland Vampires because vampires exist, but they don't really attack humans (often) and you can choose to become a vampire and live in a sort of vampire fraternity house!

Some Girls Bite (Chicagoland Vampires, #1) Friday Night Bites (Chicagoland Vampires, #2) Twice Bitten (Chicagoland Vampires, #3)
Hard Bitten (Chicagoland Vampires, #4) Drink Deep (Chicagoland Vampires, #5)

Okay........one more! I could be okay living in the universe Rachel Vincent created in Blood Bound, but only if I was one of the people with a special paranormal skill. I don't even know which one I would want, but I would definitely want one!

Blood Bound (Unbound #1)

  2. That is an interesting question. You picked some good ones. I would like to live in the Mercy Thompson world that Patricia Briggs created though not as a human.

    Thanks for the post!
