I fully understand how having some things go into specific detail, that are not really all that pertinent to the story, and other things being glossed over or ignored totally can be frustrating. I have this one on my TBR and will still probably read it. I would like to read your review of the next book.Tina Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11301876611384496359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1344337767758151860.post-77051206376197921122012-06-27T07:09:18.790-04:002012-06-27T07:09:18.790-04:00This sounds alright, but what you've said in y...This sounds alright, but what you've said in your review does seem to point out some major flaws. And I absolutely HATE when they claim someone is in love with someone instead of showing it, mostly because one of my favourite things is when there's a series (usually UF) where you can tell that two characters are in love with one another from how they act, and the little things they say, but neither of them will admit it.
I've kind of been off YA recently, so probably won't be desperate to read this, but still, great review!JessShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07391055895115621380noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1344337767758151860.post-46679691022971303602012-06-26T20:16:13.802-04:002012-06-26T20:16:13.802-04:00Great review! Maybe I will just push it to the back burner for now.Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16303036031796228394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1344337767758151860.post-43854410123081192152012-06-26T16:25:20.453-04:002012-06-26T16:25:20.453-04:00Great review! :) I can see what you mean, although...Great review! :) I can see what you mean, although I haven't read Shadow and Bone yet. I once read this book that had a ton of potential and I really really wanted to read it, too, but I couldn't like it. Also, plot holes are so frustrating because I get so confused and then I get frustrated and it's just not a very good experience for me.

By the way, CONGRATULATIONS on having 1000 GFC followers! I'm still working on getting to that point, but I really want to! It's one of my goals. :)

Eileen @ ***Singing and Reading in the Rain***Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
